About me

Hi, I'm Rana Rosen, and I call myself a career coach for short but more specifically I'm a facilitator, strategist, writer and coach with a focus on worklife. I have a 20+ year background across HR management consulting, strategic planning with founders and leaders, training and education, journalism and marketing communications, as well as soulful inquiries into meaning, identity and purpose in relation to our worklives.

 

These areas are blended into my approach to guide others in their worklives, which I have been doing for 13 years. I specialize in working with people in mid-career transitions from 8-10 years of experience onward, but also work with some early career clients. My business has run entirely on referrals and more recently through articles in The New York Times and Bloomberg News.
